Once a month we acknowledge our highest rated agents for their efforts and dedication and for achieving above and beyond the targets they were set. These targets include factors such as number of sales made and quality percentage scores. We also include weekly engagement incentives to ensure that our team is motivated daily towards meeting targets. Each month we set new targets with awesome prizes to be won, some of these prizes included kitchen appliances and smart phones.

Year End Functions
At the end of each Amalfi Calendar year, we host our annual awards evening to recognise the commitment and outstanding work of all employees, in front and behind the scenes of our operation. We have great fun creating year-end functions and seeing everyone fully commit to dressing up. In 2019, we held our awards evening at Breakers Hotel in Umhlanga Rocks, the theme was ‘Great Gatsby’, everyone came dressed to the nines, in their waist coats and feather headbands. Our top staff walked away with destination holidays, televisions and shopping vouchers.
